And honestly? The numbers are what made us stop scrolling and start paying attention. That’s the kind of combination that doesn’t usually survive a week on the market without a catch. So we dug in.

What the Photos Tell Us

The view is the headline. Two of the listing photos — one at midday, one at dusk — show a panoramic sweep across the coastline from an elevated hillside position. White villas and terracotta roofs cascading down toward the Mediterranean, the sea stretching to the horizon. These aren’t staged renders; they’re phone photos from someone’s terrace, and they’re more persuasive for it.
